Weight Watcher's does. This commercial has been airing since the new year and I actually find it interesting. It got me thinking, I am 5'7" 209lbs (yup that is my REAL weight). You people keep saying Crys you just had a baby (15 weeks ago) and you look great! I must admit I have seen some tragedies out there women who have NEVER had children look like they are in there 8 month. So I must agree I think I look DAMN good for having a child 15 weeks ago!
But I will not lie to myself or you I need to come up off some weight. My goal used to be 50lbs but, according to YOU ALL (those who know what I look like) and my doctor 50lbs is really pushing it. So I had to access the situation and ask myself what is a realistic goal. Then it hit me it is not a weight but a dress size that I am aiming for. Sounds silly? Well not to me... Cause here is the thing my waist is a freaking 29/30 an according to Doctor OZ a woman's goal waist line should be a 32. His plan is called waist management, so far i am doing ok. So my goal dress/pant size is a 10, it's currently a 14 (mainly cause your girl has hella legs/thighs on her ;-) and I actually find them sexy)! Oh yeah you know when you lose weight your fatty tissue better known as BREAST will decrease so fellas sorry the girls are going to go down but, I have plenty of "cushion" in that area.
Weight Watcher's is wrong diets do work but you have to diet and exercise realize that its just a combination of things eating better (DIETING), getting mobile (exercising not necessarily in a gym) and last but most important having a good body image of yourself...
Aiight folks let the small changes begin!

I just joined weight watchers a week agoa and it is pretty good. The only reason why their new slogan is diets dont work is because they dont want you to limit yourself and starve. They have a really good program that you can eat as mucha as you want until you are satisfied...and you are right as long as you cut back on your food intake and exercise you will be fine. I you loook goooood!!!!
why thank you honey! It's on tonight you know that right
I think it is moreso that going on a diet program works only as long as you are on that program. Once you come off it, if you have not made a significant lifestyle change, then chances are the wait will come back and one is left going on and off diets.
I agree Feu! But weight watchers were killing me with that commercial... And you are right you have to change your lifestyle
